Our Policies

All purchases made through Louzi GG — including golf accessories sold in our shop and coaching packages booked on our coaching page — are subject to these terms. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment of your purchase is the price you pay.

Coaching packages are for the named participant only and cannot be transferred to another person without our written agreement.

After your purchase you will receive an email receipt. We will then contact you to arrange your sessions or confirm delivery of your accessories.

Accessories: if you are not happy with an accessory you have bought, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Personalised or bespoke items can only be returned if they are faulty.

Coaching sessions: you may cancel a booked coaching session and receive a full refund if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice can be rescheduled to another date, but are not refundable.

Coaching packages and yearly programmes: once a monthly or yearly package has started, unused sessions within the current billing period may be refunded on request where they have not been used — contact us and we will handle it fairly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear.

You can cancel a monthly or yearly coaching package at any time by emailing info@louzigg.com or calling +44 7951 657 434. We will confirm your cancellation and stop future payments from your next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Sessions already paid for in that period can still be used before the cancellation date, or we can arrange a refund for unused sessions.

To reschedule a single session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will happily find a new time.

If we ever need to cancel or move a session on our side, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer you a replacement time or a refund for that session.

We ship golf accessories across the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

UK orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. International orders may take longer depending on your location and customs processing.

Coaching sessions do not require shipping — all equipment is provided at the session location.

Louzi GG provides golf accessories for sale and one-to-one golf coaching. When you book coaching, you take part at your own level of ability and must follow your coach's safety instructions at all times.

All equipment needed for coaching is provided by us. You are welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.

We may update these policies from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies.

We only collect the information needed to process your order and arrange your sessions: your name, contact details and payment information. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

We will never sell your personal information. We use your email and phone number only to send receipts, confirmations and to contact you about your bookings.

If you would like your details removed from our records, email info@louzigg.com and we will action it.
